FABRIC CUTTING

Fabric cutting is the process of precisely trimming and shaping fabric pieces according to a specific pattern or design. This crucial step in garment manufacturing involves using cutting tools such as scissors, rotary cutters, or computerized cutting machines to ensure accuracy and consistency. The goal is to create individual fabric components that will later be assembled to form the final garment. Proper fabric cutting is essential for achieving the desired fit and appearance of the finished product.

SILK SCREEN PRINTING

Silk screen printing is a traditional printing method that involves using a fine mesh (silk screen) to transfer a design or text onto fabric. In this process, ink is pushed through the unblocked portions of the mesh to create a clear and durable pattern. Silk screen printing is suitable for various fabrics and is known for its simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency, making it particularly well-suited for large-scale production.

SUBLIMATION

Sublimation on a shirt is a printing process that involves transferring a design onto fabric using heat and special inks. In sublimation, the ink is directly converted into a gas under heat and bonds with the fabric's fibers, resulting in a vibrant and long-lasting print. This method is often used for creating custom and full-color designs on polyester-based shirts. Sublimation provides a soft and breathable feel to the printed area without compromising the fabric's comfort.

EMBROIDERY

Embroidery is a decorative technique that involves stitching intricate designs or patterns onto fabric using needle and thread. This craft adds texture and visual interest to textiles, enhancing their appearance. Whether done by hand or through automated machines, embroidery allows for the creation of detailed and customized embellishments on clothing, accessories, and other fabric items.

HEAT PRESS

A heat press on a shirt involves using a machine that applies heat and pressure to transfer a design onto the fabric. The process typically includes placing a specially printed or pre-cut design onto the shirt and using the heat press to bond the ink onto the fabric. This method is commonly used for customizing T-shirts with graphics, logos, or other designs, creating a durable and professionally applied finish on the shirt.
